Game is too slow

The game is too slow, the game should be able to transfer my touch but it cant do that. Also whenever you click on the black square, the switch is not instantaneous, which should be impossible to do but the problem is that the switch isnt even close to 0.0, more like a 0.2 which is extremely slow.
